Role: Fractional Sales Partner (IoT/AI Consulting) — US/EU/GCC/APAC

Job Responsibilities

About Infolitz: We deliver end-to-end solutions across IoT & Embedded, Mobile Apps, Cloud/DevOps, and Data/AI.

Mandate: Build a qualified pipeline and close consulting/services deals in Smart Cities, Med-Devices, Agritech, AI integrations, etc. Start fractional on high commission; scale to Partner with the option to stand up a local office.

Outcomes (30/60/90)

  • 30: Territory plan, ≥30 qualified first meetings, CRM hygiene established
  • 60: ≥6 active opps, ≥4 proposals, 2 channel partners mapped
  • 90: ≥1 closed-won, repeatable cadence, ≥70% forecast accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, solution shaping, ROI narrative, proposals, negotiation, close
  • Navigate RFP/RFI, multi-stakeholder buying, and SI/VAR partner motions
  • Drive account strategies with delivery leads to anchor measurable outcomes

Job Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years selling consulting/pro services with ≥ USD 50k deal sizes
  • Wins in at least one: Smart Cities, Med-Devices, Agritech, Industrial IoT
  • Proven 2–6 month cycles, multi-threaded deals, accurate forecasting
  • Comfortable with a commission-first ramp for the first 90 days

Nice-to-have

  • BLE/LoRaWAN, edge+cloud, AI/ML use-case exposure
  • Channel development with SIs/distributors
  • Municipal/government procurement familiarity

Compensation & Path

  • Commission-first (90 days): High percentage of revenue on first deals, accelerators on margin/multi-year
  • Post-ramp options: USD 2,000–4,000/month retainer + commission or Partner track (P&L share)
  • USD payments; flexible structure for the best.

Work model: Remote with client travel as needed.
