Role Summary
We are looking for a React Native Developer (3+ years)who can build and maintain high-quality mobile apps for iOS and Android,collaborate closely with design and backend teams, and take ownership ofdelivery in a sprint-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production-grade mobile apps using React Native (iOS + Android).
- Build clean, reusable UI components and scalable app architecture.
- Integrate REST APIs / GraphQL, handle app state management, and manage offline-first scenarios where required.
- Implement authentication, push notifications, deep links, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Ensure performance optimization, smooth UI/UX, and strong app stability.
- Write unit/integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases.
- Debug issues across devices/OS versions and participate in release management.
- Collaborate in agile teams: sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and documentation.
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals: navigation, storage, permissions, networking.
- Experience with state management (Redux / Zustand / Context API / React Query).
- Experience integrating APIs and handling error states, retries, and edge cases.
- Good coding practices: modular code, linting, formatting, Git workflow.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Codemagic).
- Exposure to native modules (Swift/Obj-C/Java/Kotlin) or writing custom bridges.
- Experience with app publishing and release cycles (Play Store / App Store).
- Familiarity with IoT or BLE/Wi-Fi device integrations is a plus.
- Strong English communication (written + spoken) for team and client coordination.
- Ownership mindset: deliverables, timelines, and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setup.
- Comfortable with overlap for US/EU time zones when needed.
