Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do Lead Web App Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications. Architect the Technology Stack: Choose and implement the best frameworks, databases, and infrastructure for modern web development. Develop Reusable Components: Establish a strong foundation for future web projects across different verticals. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the founders and other teams to align web app capabilities with overall business goals. Mentor and Grow the Team: Help recruit and train a team of web developers over time.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or equivalent).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or similar) and DevOps best practices.

Deep understanding of database architectures (SQL, NoSQL, Firestore, Supabase).

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of key technical decisions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a builder’s mindset.

Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company is a plus.
