Job Requirements

Key Tasks:

  • Manage end-to-end IoT project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery.
    • Develop detailed project plans including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project timelines and proactively manage risks and issues to avoid delays.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams (hardware, firmware, mobile, cloud) and external clients.
    • Schedule and conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder reviews.
    • Prepare and distribute comprehensive project progress reports to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate hardware prototyping, firmware development, and integration activities.
    • Ensure alignment and synchronization across hardware and firmware teams.
    • Track technical dependencies and facilitate resolutions.
  • Supervise mobile app development aligned with firmware and hardware capabilities.
    • Validate app functionality and ensure timely updates from the mobile development team.
    • Document and escalate app-related issues to appropriate teams.
  • Oversee integration of cloud solutions and ensure interoperability with embedded and mobile systems.
    • Coordinate cloud infrastructure setup, configuration, and testing activities.
    • Validate system integration and performance testing outcomes.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
    • Perform systematic review of deliverables against defined acceptance criteria.
    • Facilitate client demonstrations and obtain formal project acceptance.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all phases of the project.
    • Oversee creation of technical documentation including specifications, manuals, and support materials.
    • Maintain accurate records and archives for future reference and compliance.
  • Support post-deployment activities, including training and handover to operations/support teams.
    • Plan and coordinate knowledge transfer sessions.
    • Manage resolution of post-delivery issues and client feedback.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Project Management Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project
  • IoT Protocols & Technologies: MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi
  • Basic Understanding of Hardware/Firmware Integration Processes
  • Familiarity with Mobile App Development (Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS)
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Communication and Documentation Tools: Slack, Teams, Confluence

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in delivering complex, multidisciplinary technical projects within tight timelines
  • Proven experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management

About the role

Infolitz builds end-to-end IoT systems: firmware (nRF/ESP), mobile apps, cloud/DevOps, data/AI. You’ll sell scoped pilots and staff-aug pods in the USA/EU/APAC/GCC, then expand wins to production. Commission-only for up to 6 months, then base + equity if you hit targets.

What you’ll sell

  • Smart-City 20-Endpoint Pilot
  • BLE Medical Companion MVP  
  • Agri “Field-Pilot-in-a-Box”
  • Staff-Aug Pods. 

Responsibilities

  • Create 20–25 first meetings in 90 days across smart-cities, med-devices, and agri-tech
  • Build a 3× pipeline; move 4+ qualified opps to proposal stage
  • Drive pilots to signature in 60–90 days; expand to production or seats
  • Hold pricing discipline.

Compensation (commission-only phase) & Core-team & equity track (must hit within 6 months)

Must-have qualifications

  • Closed $250k+ in services in USA/EU in the last 18 months
  • End-to-end deal narrative skills (discovery → ROI → close) with artifacts
  • Comfort selling pilots and staff-aug, not just “strategy decks”
  • Excellent English, buyer-level communication, CRM hygiene

Nice-to-have

  • Network in municipal/utility, medical devices, or agri-tech
  • Familiarity with BLE, LoRa/LTE, cloud platforms

Territory & lead rules

  • Non-exclusive during commission-only;
  • First budget-holder meeting owns the account; dual credit only with documented joint work
